So i had a meeting with a guy called Joseph looking for a new car, Joe is only new to the game but very knowledgeable and very helpful. Over the process of a few day's sending texts and emails back and forth with Joe, I ended up getting a new car from stoneacre Middlesbrough. All the team were very helpful and friendly, I only dealt with Dan & Jospeh but both good lads. Picked up my new car yesterday 29th of April, and car was spotless all valeted and immaculate. Thank you to Joe for all your help mate think you'll do really well in this industry and thanks to Dan, see you guys again in the future and love my new MG4 Ev.

Ordered a vehicle which when arrived was the wrong one now complaining to the financial ombudsman

Thank you to Jack Roberts and his manager who made buying a new car from Stoneacre, Middlesbrough a pleasurable experience. I spoke to Jack several times on the phone before I came to the showroom, and he always dealt with me in a professional and courteous manner. I also spoke to Toby who reassured me about sending the money through to them for my new car. The new car was clean fully charged and ready for me to collect when I visited the branch. I would thoroughly recommend Jack and the Middlesbrough branch.
