Would recommend The Small Car Company. An absolute five stars from me. It was a good experience, the Toyota Yaris has been good as well since the purchase.

I originally bought a Mazda 3 from Small Car Company, but unfortunately it had a fault that kept coming back. To be fair to the dealership, they weren’t aware of the issue when I collected it and it turned out to be a strange fault. They came back and collected the car five times, trying to get it sorted, but I eventually lost confidence in it. Throughout the whole experience, I honestly couldn’t fault the way they treated me. They were honest and fair, kept trying to resolve the problem and did everything they could. In the end, we swapped to a Skoda Octavia that had been provided as a courtesy car, and I absolutely love it which i ended up keeping and swapping for the Mazda. I feel it was an isolated incident rather than a reflection of the dealership. If you have a dealer that treats you well and fairly when something goes wrong, you can’t ask for much more than that. It was an unfortunate set of events, but a happy accident in the end and I’d definitely recommend them and buy from them again.

All is fine with the car, and the whole experience was great. I want to say it was Andy who I spoke to, but I'm not 100%, but he was good, and based on my experience buying the Ford Kuga, I would recommend the dealership and score it. Five stars!

The small car company seemed like a really nice company. We weren't there long. We were in and out, although we received good customer service whilst buying the VW Golf.

Really happy with the Volkswagen Tiguan, I requested two new tyres, a seat belt and a few other things were done before I collected the car and these were all done, I don’t think the car was fully valeted, other than that everything was done really quick!

I was specifically looking for the Audi Q2 when I came across the one at The Small Car Company. It was brilliant, and the salesman who I dealt with answered all of my questions. I would rate my experience a four-star rating.
