Great experience purchasing a car from here recently. I was able to view the car and take a test drive at short notice and I was made a sensible offer for my car in part exchange. They were also able to sort out the transfer of my private plate to the new car in advance of collection which helped me tremendously.

5. The experience was seamless end to end. And the vehicle was prepared to a very high quality. I would have expected a vehicle at the value point to have come with a 12 month warranty as standard rather than 3 months with a cost option to upgrade

Everything has been fine so far, only driven the car here and there for school trips etc but everything is running how it should. I can't really fault the process at VR EPS it all went smoothly, I would consider using them again in the future if they had a vehicle I was looking for.

Martin was great, there was a slow puncture on the car when I purchased and he got me in straight away and sorted it out for me. While he was doing this he noticed that the tread was a little low on the other front tyre and he paid to get this replaced for me without me even asking. It was such a high level of aftercare, I could tell he wasn't just caring about a sale, he wanted to look out for customers and make sure the experience was the best it could be. I would of course give him a 5 out of 5.

We came across VR EPS while looking for a specific car on autotrader, on the day we were due to collect we phoned up prior and they were aware of the pick up time, however when we got there we had to wait a few hours as there was only around 2 months left on the MOT so that was getting done for us. It was a bit inconvenient and we were worried that it would come back potentially failed. Luckily everything was okay, I just think some better organisation would have made this better process. Everything else was fine, the car was as advertised and we haven't had any problems over the past couple of months we have had it. Nick was a pleasure to deal he was as helpful as he good be. So that is why overall I would give a 4.
