Hi there, I have just bought a Range Rover from Williams Motor Company. Great service and friendly staff.

The experience with Williams Motor Company was very good. It all went okay and was quite smooth overall. The Discovery was delivered directly to the farm, which really helped as we had no way of getting up there at the time, and they organised all of that, which was much appreciated.

I dealt with Andy initially, who was mint, and then someone else when I went to collect it as Andy wasn’t in. Both were good to deal with and there was no faffing about, just straight to it, which I appreciated. The car is also sound.

My new Citroën DS4 has been running well, no complaints. The whole sales team were brilliant, couldn't fault it.

I was specifically looking for a Nissan and found it online. Everything was done over the phone they sent me lots of videos over the phone which was great, the car was delivered to me and they cleaned it before they delivered it.

Not had any issues with the Ford Focus, I needed a replacement for my previous car, which needed some welding doing, so it was just going to be scrapped, and I've been enjoying having the Ford Focus. The buying of the car was spot on, and I’d be happy to recommend them. The only thing I would mention is that the car didn’t come with any service history, as the previous owner hadn’t left it. It’s not a major issue, just something that would have been good to have but wouldn’t knock them down a rating for it.

I found a broker online whilst i was specifically looking for a land rove Discovery, they found one at Williams Motor Company. the dealership itself was lovely . I mainly dealt with a lady who was finalising everything, and she was great, very efficient and knew what she was doing. The only issue I had was that I was looking for a seven seater, and I was told it was one through the broker. It was only when I went to collect the car that I found out it wasn’t it, although it was too late at the point as i was already there.

All of the buying process was done over the phone, as I did not go to the dealership. The customer service was good, and the car was delivered to me, and other than having to get the battery replaced, it has all been going well.

So far so good with the Range Rover Evoque. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and polite, the car was all washed when we went to collect it, and we were delighted. Great service!
