Overall a 3. Problem is the infotainment system is not working properly. I'm still awaiting rectification of the problem. Mark

I bought my 1st car which was a Ford Puma that I bought from Nuneaton car sales. The salesman that I dealt with was Conor he looked after me, everything was fine and had no problems at all.

Getting on great with my Toyota Yaris. After seeing their positive reviews online, we chose Nuneaton Car Sales. The team were friendly and helpful. Adam who dealt with us on the day was brilliant, he went in to everything and explained perfectly!

I chose Nuneaton Car Sales due to word of mouth and they have really good reviews aswell. The Skoda Enyaq we chose went back after a week as it was electric and didn’t have the range we were told it would have. We exchanged it for a automatic petrol Nissan Qashqai, really pleased with it so eventually a happy ending. Four stars given due to the inconvenience and there bring so many staff you're you don't always speak to the same person.

I had a company car before I changed jobs and needed something reliable and fuel efficient which this car is. I was looking online and Nuneaton Car sales had a Qashqai I liked so went for it. Few issues such as the washer bottle cap was missing so I bought a new one. The windscreen washer motor didn’t work so I replaced that. I went to fill up the water bottle & noticed the downpipe to the reservoir was disconnected completely. Just had a few other issues with sensors that I sorted myself. They touched up a few scratches on the paintwork which I wasn’t expecting but they did it anyway. Friendly staff, car drives really well and I'm happy with it.

Very good car. I’ve got an EV at the moment with low range so wanted a car using normal fuel to go further without charging. Price was right for me, I went down test drove it and everything matched my expectations. There was some paint peeling near front wheel. I expected a small patch up but Tim arranged a full panel respray & I was very delighted about that.

It's going well, no problems at all. I found the car on Autotrader and Nuneaton Car sales had exactly what I was looking for and had good reviews online, so I went with them. On the day the experience was very positive, the team were very helpful, answered all my questions and gave a professional experience.

I got my Tesla Model 3 and it’s my first electric car, and I’ve found the change amazing. Everything’s been all good. I originally came across the dealership on Auto Trader, and I noticed you had quite a few cars listed. I then went onto your website and saw you had a multitude of them. One of the main factors for me was that you display the car battery health. I’d called about 10 places and they didn’t have the battery certificate, so that made it more of a go to. At the dealership, it was all good and very helpful. I dealt with Ivan, and he was very good and chatty. He sent me anything I asked for straight away by email, like the battery certificate, service history, or anything on other cars. I can’t really fault it
