5 out of 5! I'm very happy with my Mercedes C-Class.

I've been a returning customer to Lease Cars Direct Ltd for the past 4 years now and I'm always very happy with the vehicles I've had. I recently purcahsed a Volvo XC40 and I've been getting on great with it. Ben is a great guy and Ill be back in 2026 for another one.

I’m bought a jaguar xe from Ben at lease cars direct Ltd in late January of this year I live in Plymouth which was quite way but seen the jaguar and fell in love with it got it home and the rear reverse sensor s had stopped working emailed Ben Ian’s he was very helpful and paid for the cost of new ones which I was very happy with the service Ben provided 💯 then after about 4 weeks my engine failed which needs a new engine block new turbo new piston rings new oil pump ie complete top end rebuild I phoned Ben he was very sympathetic toward my problem and understanding from start to finish he helped with the cost of repairs which was so nice of Ben I will state the engine failure was from previous owners lack of service and care nothing to do with Ben as if he thought this would happen he would have never sold the car this company is 💯 very helpful in service and aftercare from start to finish would I buy another car off Ben yes I would I can 💯 recommend this company if you want to buy a very good quality car and aftercare and sale are awesome Ben thank you so so much for everything very happy 👍👊😎😎

Purchased a Ford Mondeo from Lease cars, It would have been nice if I had the chance to test drive but i'd still give a 4/5 for the experience.

I drove a Tesla for the first time around 6 months ago back in France and fell in love with it. They are such great value cars. I got one delivered recently from Lease Cars Direct, and I am really pleased with it; it’s in great condition. Ben was brilliant, and I can’t rate him highly enough. I would definitely go back again in the future. The delivery went great, and although I felt there could be some slight improvement in the handover area, I have already passed this feedback onto Ben. Other than that, it was an excellent experience. I would recommend dealing with Ben and the whole team again.

I did a part-ex with Lease Cars Direct very recently. I swapped out my Tesla Model 3 for the same model, just with a longer range. I found that the guy at the dealership gave me a very fair deal, and it was, all in all, an easy process. Everything was completed, and I was off with the car within a few hours. I hadn't been to Lease Cars Direct before, and I would say it was a positive experience. I have to give a 5 star rating because there is nothing I could complain about, honestly. Very happy so far.
