For me everything went as planned and I found the process very smooth. I made the trip to view the Honda CRV and was greeted by a lovely team who showed me to the car. The salesman was respectful of my space and allowed me plenty of time to view it, which was great. 5 stars.

I'm still very happy with my purchase 4 months on and up to now I haven't had any faults with the BMW. This was my first time visiting Trade Cars 4 U and I thought the sales approach was great. There was no hard sell and I felt at any point I could walk away, no questions asked.

My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 would just be because it's a small business so there wasn't a massive selection of cars. To be honest though they didn't have to be a large stock of cars because when I saw the Alfa Romeo Giulia, I fell in love with it! It was my son who recommended I look at an Alfa because I hadn't even considered it, but I'm glad I listened. As I didn't know much about the car I thought the salesman was very informative and managed to answer any questions I had about it. I've not had one problem since driving it away, and I won't be getting rid of it any time soon.

I had a great experience while at Trade Cars 4 U thanks to John. He was sure to answer any questions I had about the Range Rover Vogue and there were a couple of things I raised with him that I would like to be done to the car before taking it, but it was great to see that he actioned them and did exactly what he said he would. I can say that it all went without a hitch.

I live up in the Highlands, so it's a 6 hour roundtrip for me but my experience was that good, if I saw a car advertised on their site that I liked the look of, then I wouldn't hesitate to make the trip down again. John took care of everything for me while I was going ahead with my Audi SQ7. Not once did he pressure me. Unfortunately, it was Johns weekend off on the day of the handover so I didn't get the chance to see him, but the car was spot on when I saw it. I absolutely love the car, and I'm really enjoying driving it.

Having dealt with car dealers over the past thirty years, I have always been cautious but dealing with John and Sofia made a refreshing change. The Audi TT was delivered as described, well presented. The rear brake issue was dealt with that had been noted on the last mot. I would happily recommend Trade Cars 4U. Still waiting to hear back about the missing bottle of tyre mousse, minor detail.
