I haven’t bought a car through Rightdrive before, but based on my experience purchasing my Mercedes, I would definitely consider them again in the future. I’ve driven a few thousand miles in the car, and it’s been spot on, really comfortable to drive with no issues. Throughout the process, the advisor who assisted me was patient and helpful. Unfortunately, the car that initially caught my eye was no longer available, but the salesman worked to find me an alternative that was as close as possible. They let me test drive several cars to get a feel for them, and I never felt rushed. Since these were cars I hadn’t considered, I really appreciated how they answered all of my questions. No-one is perfect so I cant rate 5 stars but its a happy 4 stars from me.

No complaints for me. I had an issue with the car after driving away but once I called the team up they were happy for me to bring the car back to get looked at and they sorted it out free of charge. I've had my Volkswagen back for a little while now and it's been perfect. The service was honestly fantastic.

I'm over the moon with the Ford I bought from RightDrive Car Finance! As a first-time diesel owner, I was initially nervous, especially about fuel costs. However, I quickly realised that diesel is actually giving me better mileage so I’m saving quite a bit on fuel each year! Filling up only costs about £2 more, but I get an extra 30-40 miles out of each tank which adds up to a decent saving over time. The entire buying process at RightDrive was fantastic. They handled all aspects of the financing, making it easy for me to understand and follow. They helped me find a car that fit comfortably within my budget, and the monthly payments are so manageable I barely notice them.
