Had my car for a couple of months before it broke down, the car ended up needing a whole new engine. When I spoke to the Warranty provider they were really helpful and quick to respond. Everything was explained clearly and any questions I had were answered in detail. Everything has been since been sorted and I am back on the road.

Everything went really well with TMO, everyone that I had contact with was fantastic to speak to. Really pleasant and willing to help. The only downside is I called up on the monday and they said the payment for the work would be in my bank by Friday. However I did have to chase this up and there was a delay. It has all gone through now but that is the only thing I would critic.

From when I first noticed the issue it took 3 days for it to get resolved. I called up the warranty provider, they had great communication and confirmed it was okay for me to take to the garage I had chose. There was no hassle at all, they paid the garage straightaway after the issue was fixed. I would definitely recommend this place for warranty I am actually going to look into extending mine based off the service I received.

Fairy good experience with TMO, I went directly through my dealer to get a clutch issue sorted. It did take longer than what I expected however, I am pleased with the work that was done, there was nothing that I needed to pay, it was all covered and since having my vehicle back everything is running perfectly! Giving 4 stars only due to the delay.

I went straight through the dealership where I got my vehicle from to get the issues sorted. They explained the whole process with TMO to me and made sure I was happy with everything. I had a coolant leak so I had to get the intercooler changed. Since having this done, I haven't had any warning lights or problems come up so I am actually quite happy with the service. It all went really smoothly, wasn't any trouble at all!

The work was all completed in the end, although there was a delay when the garage was requesting permission from TMO. It was eventually resolved, and that’s the main thing.

The mechanic accommodated me even though they were busy and got me sorted out in 2 days. Thank you also for honouring the warranty even if it was not the ideal process.

No issues. I didn’t have to do anything throughout the process as the dealership dealt with it all. There were no delays, the repairs have gone well, and it was straightforward, so I would give it 4 out of 5.

I would give it a four-star rating, as the car was picked up and returned to me within a couple of days. A quick turnaround.
