Only positive things to say about my experience and the Skoda Karoq I bought has been very good.

I had a great experience from start to finish. Jak, was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He kept us updated, arranged everything that was needed, and made sure the car was cleaned and ready on time for collection. The service was excellent, and I’m very happy with the car. I did recommend a friend too who recently bought a ford puma from you guys as well

Tristan was absolutely fine and helpful throughout. I haven't had any problems at all and i am happy with the Kia Proceed.

The Fiat 500 was within budget and I liked the model. It did come with a few problems, but the dealership got that all sorted for me. The communication was mostly good; there was 1 email I sent that I never heard back on but up until that point I had no complaints.

The Volkswagen ID 3 has done exactly what I wanted it to. It is my first electric car, and it has the range that I needed whilst also being very easy to drive. It took me a 3-hour drive to get there but it was worth it, I went there with the mind set I was going to get the right car that was suitable for me and Nuneaton made it happen. Overall, they provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision there and then.
