Impressed with my 2008 Ford Mondeo purchase from Nuneaton Car Sales. Overall smooth process, I am awaiting a clutch spring update, they have ordered a replacement from Ford as it's quite noisy and they are keeping updated regularly. The car meets expectations for my daily extensive travels, and the spacious boot is a plus for my painting equipment. Clinton's customer service deserves a 10/10, he is knowledgeable and helpful and I am really Satisfied with the purchase and recommend Nuneaton Car Sales for reliable vehicles

Purchased a Fiat 500 from Nuneaton Car Sales for my daughter to learn to drive in, she absolutely loves it. Service was great, the guy was very chappy and helpful, can't fault the lads, service or the car.

I am not used to buying cars through a garage, I usually go private, on this occasion, I decided to try going through a garage, enjoy the benefits of warranties and less accountability on myself. I went with a VW Passat which is very different to anything I have had in the past but has turned out to be a really nice change of pace. I am enjoying the car so far, I've been on a number of long trips, been tootling along and it's giving me no jip so far. Charlotte and Garry both took care of the sale and both were really easy to deal with, there were some minor cosmetic bits which hadn't bee addressed, i was given some paint to resolve these myself however, if they had been done at Nuneaton, it would have been a clear and easy 10 out of 10 for me.

I have had all sorts of cars in my time, I usually decided based off value for money and suitability of our situation. We chose a Skoda Karoq, it is a nice size, perfect for the family and is rated as a good option online. I was most happy with how my partner and I were treated, all the team were lovely! There was a mistake made where the wrong car was prepped for us, the car was identical apart for one number on the reg so it's easily done however, we were waiting for a god half hour before we were told, would have been full 5 star if they had told us straight away.

Still waiting on a couple bits and bobs, overall the team have been exceptionally accommodating and every time I have called or emailed, I'm always responded too in good time. The car is great, drives well and is really smooth through the gears. Very satisfied with the staff and the process.

⭐ The car is running really well, looks great and has been the perfect replacement for me. It's comfortable, exceptionally fuel efficient and got much more features which I use daily. ⭐ The were really helpful before a during the sale, I was welcomed to the dealership and showed respect throughout. 💫 After the sale, I had some issues which weren't major but I felt like I wasn't given much support, even if they were issues which weren't covered by warranty, some advice would have been appreciated. This wouldn't ever stop me from coming back and I still thought the service was good.

I have bought many cars in my time, I use the car as a Licensed Private Hire Vehicle. I originally looked at another Astra from elsewhere but was messed around to the point I continued my search elsewhere. Nuneaton Car Sales came up with the cheapest Astra for that age, millage and condition. I was really impressed that the car was ready to go as soon as the bill was cleared, there was no safety checks left to be fulfilled and works to be done. the team were super, really good to work with.. If Nuneaton have the right cars in future I will defiantly be back. Little Caveat for anyone working in the same trade, Taxi Mot's will now fail for any privacy glass on the car, I had to change the rear windows recently for that reason but this isn't something anyone would really have known.

I couldn't find a fault or reason not to give full marks for Nuneaton Car Sales. I was really impressed with the service, all the guys were friendly and welcoming, the process was quick and efficient yet attentive and informative, I had a Mercedes C Class Estate before, getting on a bit I wanted something bigger, more comfortable and a riding position which wasn't inches from the floor. There was a certain stigma about Skoda’s back in the day, however, after some research and review reading, I made the leap and i am really impressed with the car, It's pretty pokey for a 1L engine.

Purchasing my GLA from here is probably one of the best purchases I've made, I 'm so happy I went with the car. The car has been driving fine since I've had it and I can't get enough of it. I can't remember the salesman's name but he was more than helpful and he sorted everything out that he said he was going to, so no complaints from me.
