The Mr's is over the moon with her Mercedes! I can't comment too much on it because I don't drive it but from what I've been told it's been a good car. The team had a no pressure approach to the sale which was great. I turned up to view the car and once I approached Chris he was quick to offer a test drive if I had my licence on me but I didn't take him up on the office because I was happy with what I was seeing.

Initially I had an issue with my car but once I called the team up to raise it, they were happy for me to bring the car back to get it resolved. I've had the car for just over a week now and the issue hasn't come back around. I have no complaints about the good customer service I received. I would happily come back for another car in the future because of how they look after their customers.

This is my first time owning a Ford Fiesta but I'm finally getting used to driving it after owning it for 6 weeks. Gary did what he could to show me around the car, which made it a lot easier, like showing me the controls etc., which was a big help.

Rob was really good to deal with because I felt like all of the paperwork was clearly explained before going ahead with my Mercedes-Benz CLA.

The guys were great at communicating and keeping me updated on when the car would be ready for collection. The car itself was in outstanding condition and very clean upon pickup. I would recommend them and look to use them again in the future if required.

No issues giving 5*. The Land Rover Evoque hasn't long arrived at Autocars so it needed a bit of work doing to it before I could take it away but both Gary and Chris always kept in touch regarding its progress, so the communication was great. They've been good to deal with it.
