EXCELLENT! I Purchased my first car from here, an audi a1 last year, decided to upgrade my vehicle to an Audi A5 this year and went back to rw sports and prestige. They give me a good part exchange price for my vehicle and also give me a good finance deal on my new a5 .The salesman was very helpful and made the swap very easy for me. Many thanks to the team at RW. I will definitely be recommending to family and friends and I myself will without a doubt be back in the future.

Horrible atmosphere poor customer service at RW Sports & Prestige ! Went to the garage in doubt after reading the reviews hoping that things may have improved but have to say I was disappointed . Sales guy ray was so rude and full of himself ! I noticed a few issues with the car which I mentioned to be told ‘your not at Mercedes Benz your at a used car dealer what do u expect ‘ disgusting attitude will never call back . Bit of advice Get an NvQ on customer service may help in the future !

Bought a car from them after I bought I found out the fobs and interior lights aren’t working guy on the phone promised to arrange sorting it out but never got back to me then had a voice message of other guy few weeks later asking me to bring car in the morning when I called back nobody knew about it guy promised to give me call back never heard of him and when I called back again he was rude and kept on putting the phone down pretty much calling me a liar when I asked to speak to boss guy said he’s self employed and don’t have a boss!!don’t buy from this place any warranty they promise is a big fat lie..

Lady contacted us approx 4 weeks ago about the fobs and interior light and was instructed to bring down the following day, she never came and the car didn't have any issue with brake pads to be brought back for. Last week the lady called informing us that somebody had left a voicemail asking her to bring the car in for the brakes, only 2 people were working here for the week and none of us had contacted her and after contacting the company owner it was ascertained that nobody had contacted her with regards to this issue, the lady accused us of calling her a liar to which the response was " nobody has contacted you" to which she hurled a load of abuse and threats, at which point the call was terminated, we will always do our best to assist with any problems and always go out of our way to help and have done on numerous occasions in the past with plenty of customers.

Buy with extreme caution. The car was described by Ray as good and no major marks. To find out after a 5 hour train ride car had a bulge in front tyre, 8” major dent in passenger door. Rear door with a dent and bad scratches from a bad respray, I looked closer to find that whole car had been resprayed, not a great job either. Ash tray didn’t work and leather was badly worn in places. What waste of my time. Ray offered £500 off but no way did I want this car after what I saw. Other cars in giant place didn’t look great either, if you buy here make sure you have someone who knows cars well, a good mechanic with a good eye. Ray said what do I expect from a car with 100k on, Well I’ve bought one since with same mileage and I’m very happy with it.
