I have had a mixed experience with TMO over the last year. Sometimes they are responsive and easy to deal with, and other times not so much, it depends on who I am speaking to. The car I purchased has had a lot of work done, and some of the issues weren’t covered under warranty when I think they should have been. Overall, it’s been a 50/50 experience, so I would give it a 3-star rating.

The service was good, and I can’t fault the process, except there was an additional £216 cost I had to cover when I went to collect the car, which I was not too pleased about as I had already paid for a three-year warranty. However, the car was booked into the recommended garage, and the work was completed, so I would still give it 4 stars.

4, the claim process was a little difficult but worked in the end

I reported an issue with my car a/c not working properly, and the whole experience of getting it fixed within a week was excellent. The process was simple, Luke was really helpful in progressing my case and getting it sorted. I’m very pleased with the service and would happily recommend them.

I would award both the garage and the motor organisation 5. The garage was friendly, local and quick. The motor organisation were very understanding, quick with their responses both with myself and the garage.
