I bought a lovely Fiesta from this garage a couple of months back and it was all going ever so well.. until.... a rabbit ran in to it, yes you heard that correctly... a rabbit ran into my car! There's a bit of cosmetic damage on the rear wheel arch so I'm having that repaired... that damn RABBIT! Apart from the incident with Mr Rabbit I have been very happy with the car and it WAS in perfect condition... It was as described and very clean upon my arrival. Lilly was ever so helpful and assisted me through the sale perfectly she is a 5 stars all day long....I have to rate the over-all experience with Nuneaton Car Sales and Lilly in particular, a good solid 5 stars. Mr Rabbit however, its a big fat zero stars from me!

This isn't the first time I've bought a car from Nuneaton Car Sales, I purchased a car a few years back, granted, I didn't deal with the same people, but I was yet again really impressed with the level of service and the car I purchased. The Mitsubishi ASX was an absolutely steal...I found it on Nuneaton's website and then went to view it on site. I was welcomed by Jacque who I had spoken to prior to make the appointment, he was very welcoming and polite, and very quick of the mark answering any questions I had about the car, there wasn't a thing he didn't know about the car, which was impressive. We went on a nice long test drive, no pressure, no rushing, I was given all the time I needed to get a good feel for the car. It was perfect! After discussing the details it was a no brainer... Of course I was taking the car! It had full service history, really low mileage, no defects, not a single advisory on the MOT, I knew it was a solid vehicle! I secured the sale and returned at a later date to collect, Jacque was again there to assist with a smooth handover, and on hand with any paperwork I needed help with. I'm glad I chose to come back to Nuneaton for a 2nd car, and I know I'll be back for my 3rd car when and as I'm ready to change this... However, for now, I am absolutely over the moon and can't even see myself in any other car. Thanks to Jacque & Nuneaton Car Sales for yet another fantastic car!

Had a great experience recently with Lilly and Nuneaton car sales. Lilly was great, nothing was too much hassle with test driving a few cars etc which made it a pleasurable experience. Lilly kept good communication throughout the sale and adopted a no pressure sale. Lilly helped with getting the finance manager to speak to us regarding the finance options, who also was very knowledgeable and offered good advice.
