I was best impressed by the service from John, from the moment I walked through the door he was fantastic. The way he presented the car was brilliant, it well and truly ticked all the boxes. Since the purchase the car has been superb, no issues at all. My experience here was pretty perfect and I won't be giving anything other than 5 stars across the board for John and the team down at the dealership!

The Fiat 500 I bought is just perfect! I love it, its a great little car that suits me to a T. No issues have cropped up, fingers crossed it stays this way! The level of customer service that I received was impeccable, they didn't inly meet my expectations they exceeded them. The two lovely people that I dealt with, Kim and Immi were absoutoley top draw. I was just a nicely ran business and they were very impressionable, I would say! All is running well with the car so far, no perfectly, getting nice, no issues. all fine. cs- of standards, meet expectation they were brilliant absoutley top notch. I have had the greatest experience down at Auto Seven 7 in Warrington. Immi is a great guy who is outstanding at what he does. I bought a Peugeot 207, I had a small issue with near side head lamp as soon as I had addressed it the team were on it. The team got it sorted first thing on a Monday, I had a walk around the town and it was done! I was dealing with a lovely young chap, he actually found a nail in one of my rear tyres which I had no idea about. He got that sorted to and even changed the wheel! OFF HIS OWN BACK! I mean... what car dealer does that now adays? I was searching for a while, I wanted a 1.4, just to cut a few costs such as insurance as having this car has almost halved it! The Peugeot just fits the bill better than any car I have had before. I would glady buy again from Immi at Auto Seven 7 and I would throughly recommend this dealership.

Explaining things, showing the way – her after service was truly top notch. When the knock sensor issue popped up, Kim was lightning fast in sorting it out. Quick response, earlier appointments, constant updates – she left no stone unturned. Stage 5 service, and she never ignored a call. Even took the initiative to liaise with Mercedes to explain the situation. Every promise of a callback in 5 minutes was kept – outstanding! I've dealt with my fair share of dealerships, but Kim, you're the best. It's the after sales effort that makes the real difference, and you smashed it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
