The level of customer service provided by Bill at PPM, was second to none. There's a real personal feel to the showroom and Bill's approach to customers. From the first initial contact, all the way through to driving away Bill was brilliant, lots of communication and updates along the way. He was accommodating, I went down with very little notice, and this wasn't an issue. I'm more than happy with the service provided. The Mini I purchased, is perfect, I'm so pleased with it. I recently took it on the first long drive out, I couldn't fault it all, and its lovely and smooth to drive. I have come from a manual car and the Mini is an automatic, so I'm still getting used to it, but its brilliant drive. Over-all I'm extremely happy with the model, spec, condition and mileage of the car. There is no question about using PPM Milton Keynes again in the future, and I will certainly be recommending Bill to others looking to buy good quality cars form a reliable trustworthy dealer.
