My friend saw a car he liked. Was asked for a deposit, my friend drove the car and found some faults. Garage said they would fix fault and contact next day. 3 days went by, nothing. Friend in mean time found another car. Rang garage and said no longer interested as they hadn't contacted him to say car was fixed. Asked for refund of deposit, was told no. Go to small claims court, will cost you even more. Cars should not be up for sale if they are are not road worthy. Steer clear, customer service diabolical.

Recently bought a 17 plate Transit from Dave. Went to have a look and was left in peace to look round it and take it for a drive. No hassle no pressure. He also stayed there after hours to accommodate me which made work life easier and was much appreciated. The vehicle was very clean, serviced and motd, couldn’t have asked for more. I’d definitely deal with Dave again. Top man. Thank you.

Having been impressed with our buying experience with David and Charles some 2 1/2 years ago, our Cooper S experienced an engine management problem whilst visiting Tavistock this week (25/2/20). Went to the DRB workshop hoping the problem could be sorted within our weeks visit but the outcome was beyond what I expected, fixed within 1 1/2 hours. David couldn't have been more helpful, even offered to pop us into town while work was undertaken! Will not hesitate to deal with again for purchasing, shame not closer for servicing/repairs.

Don’t expect DRB Car Sales to honour the warranty! £1200 bill 2 months after buying the car.

I have just bought my second car from DRB Car Sales. This time I asked Dave to source an MX 5. Dave found a fantastic car, which met exactly the spec that I asked for. I am again so impressed by the quality of service and care you get from DRB. They are outstanding.

Recently bought a freelander from drb car sales. Looked at pic's online, enquired about it and was delivered 2 days later, had never bought without viewing / driving before, but was easiest purchase ever made. Very happy with my "new wheels".

When we first visited DRB car sales they were polite and attentive without being pushy. We eventually bought a Volvo from them and the experience was very smooth and stress free. When we had an after sales query they resolved the matter promptly and without question. I would therefore recommend DRB.

Just picked up our bmw yesterday from Drb and all was as we discussed, Charles was extremely friendly and professional and made the purchase very simple. Drb offer a great service with further options with the care of your purchased car in the future which we will definitely take advantage of. So great experience with some nice helpful people! Charles and David made buying a car from DRB an absolute pleasure. Both went out of their way for me to be available for viewing/test driving of my Audi TT. there is nothing worse than being jumped on in a car lot and put under pressure when you just want to take your time and have a look and Charles was absolutely brilliant in regards to this, he was relaxed, friendly and at no point EVER tried to persuade. i am really happy with the car and have already recommended friends to go to DRB in future. great guys, a gemuine pleasure.
