Having had a previous bad experience with a second hand dealership I chose to go to Herts & Essex for my Peugeot 108, they were professional, friendly and let me look at the car without being overbearing or hard selling it!

I chose Herts & Essex to get the Ford Transit from after seeing them on Auto Trader, at a reasonable price and with decent reviews, my only issue is there was a few dinks on the side of the van that I couldn’t see on the day. but overall I would recommend them

Mason who I dealt with when buying my Seat Ibiza was great, a lovely guy who sorted out the few issues I had, there was a part missing for the car, and he ordered it and got it sent out to me. It’s the right car for me, I’d rate them a ten!

The whole process was pretty good and straight forward. The simplicity stood out to me, I drove down from Scotland and within half an hour at Herts and Essex I was driving the car back, they had prepared everything for me. The finance company made a mistake and the boys at the dealership sorted it for me.

Connor was nice, me and him had a nice conversation where he explained everything to me before I travelled down from Glasgow to London. The process was smooth so I have no complaints, there was only a small bit of a delay on the day between the dealership and finance company where I had to wait a couple of hours at the dealership for confirmation. I found the BMW 3 series on Autotrader and it looked great, the car was in a nice condition.

The BMW X3 has been great! I can't remember the name of the gentleman, he was lovely, friendly, and helped us out really well. Everything just went really smoothly. It was all good, and it was a lovely Garage.

I’ve dealt with Charles over the phone as im based in Ireland and he was helpful. The car took a bit of time to get prepared, but the whole experience was good. The Q7 is doing good as well, I’ve not had any issues with it.

We’ve had the Ford Transit Custom delivered as we’re based in south Wales and are quite far from Herts and Essex. The delivery driver was a lovely bloke, however when he delivered the van he was not able to get to a train station due to the taxi services being sparse in our area, I’ve had to drive him to the train station which really wasn’t an issue. The logbook was not sent off from the dealership, there were a few check engine lights on the dash, and the boot doors are sticky however I have not raised it with the dealership as we’re based in a South Wales and we don’t think it would be worth all the travel to get it sorted. The online process was pretty good, it was simple.
