5 Excellent service from start to finish!

Really good, would give them 10/10 if I could. I’ve had one problem with the car and it was sorted immediately. There was two guys at the dealership, Chris was a really good guy man and was more than helpful. The aftersales was the highlight of my journey.

My general impression was fairly professionally ran to be honest, a lot of staff onsite busy working on the cars and everything seemed to be well connected between the sales and getting it nice and clean. It was a pretty straight forward experience there was one fault I identified which has been looked at now. I never give top marks so four stars.

It has been okay it’s been fantastic. I have noticed that when I try to speed up the car keeps stalling and makes a big noise and when I park he stick stiff up a little but apart from that its been okay and everything went well.

Everything was good, The BMW is fine its running good no problems. Mason was especially good he answered most of my questions. Five stars it was good.

It was really great to be fair, really good actually I have got no complaints they was very friendly! The car is good so far touch wood aha 😊 it was actually the best customer service I have had before with a dealer. It was two young guys that I was dealing with, and they answered all my questions I had they were great. Was just mostly the customer service that stood out to me, and they made the car pristine when I got it too.

5 ) when it comes to buying a car this is the best and most smoothest transaction also very quick from applying to buying the car was under 48 hours I highly recommend herts and Essex cars

Herts and Essex are just easy to buy from I didn’t feel any pressure when I was there. My experience was good. Pretty laid back and it was just really good, so it made it nicer to buy from. Five stars.
