Absolutely fine so far. After I got the car there was a problem but the dealership managed to get the car in for repair. It wasn’t quite straightforward as I would have liked so scored slightly lower but overall they have been fairly good. I knew what make and model I was after and found it on Autotrader so went to see it. They let me take it out on my own. I found the sales staff were laid back, didn’t feel pressured to buy the car.

It was really easy on the day, staff really helpful, the cars perfect. I just wanted a nicer car and then searched around for a while. I turned up on the day at Lawson Motor Company and found the car. Ive not had the V5 yet but hopefully it arrives soon. Mal helped me when I was there, he's been very good about it.

Cars fine. I went there as they had plenty of the make and model I was after. The staff were brilliant, not pushy or anything like that. They seemed to have knowledge of what they was talking about and answered any questions we needed. From start to finish it was pretty quick. I went back a week later to collect. Handover was quick and easy and the car had a good clean.

Getting on good with the car but had to pay to have the brakes done which I wasn’t told about beforehand. Felt abit rushed on the day, wasn’t told anything, just given the keys. Had to wait over half hour whilst they prepped the car but ive had no issues. They were pleasant on the day.

Everything’s fine with the car I bought. I saw it on Autotrader and I’ve never bought from a dealership before and was apprehensive about what I need to do but the guy who dealt with me was perfect to be honest, gave me confidence to purchase. I would definitely recommend them. He let me look round the car, dealt with the transaction and let me know if anything else was needed, it went really smooth and easier that thought it would be.

They weren’t pressuring, which was a pleasant change from the usual dealership experience. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the car and very helpful. We’re on holiday at the moment with the Jaguar F-Type. I will definitely go back there again
