We saw the car online and it was a gift for my son, and the Ibiza was the car he wanted. We had never really heard of Mainline before but it was a good experience, they answered all my questions, all round it was good.

I’ve had no issues with the Ceed it’s been great since I bought it! I went to go look at another car from Mainline and I saw the Ceed and had a look, test drove it and then I really wanted to buy it straight away. One of the smoothest buying experiences I’ve had. The guy I dealt with was friendly as well. It was really smooth and easy the whole process I know some dealers can be a bit awkward about test drives, but these were spot on. Five stars.

I'm enjoying the Astra no problems at all, Mainline was local to me and it had a lot of model cars that were in my price range and what I would’ve went for. The service there was fantastic craig had a great approach, no pressure at all and he let me get on with it and let me test drive it too. Answered all my questions five stars definitely!

5, very straightforward and efficient

The Kadjar is fine, as well as the customer service that was good too. there was a fault with the satnav but Mainline fixed it for me, other than that it was smashing!

I think the salesman’s name was Dan and he was absolutely spot on. My only complaint is that the logbook took ages to arrive which meant I couldn’t put my private plate on straight away, but that obviously wasn’t Dan’s or Mainline’s fault. That’s honestly the only issue I had. Everything else was spot-on and they definitely deserve top marks.

Very happy with the service

I knew about this dealer before going, as my mother-in-law had bought from them twice in the past. It’s fair to say that I was not disappointed they were amazing. I did have one issue with the car, but when I called the dealer, they asked me to come in the next day and fixed it right away. I was really happy with this. My car has been running very well and I haven’t had any issues since. I would definitely go back in the future for another car if I’m ever in the market.

Sales team at Mainline UK have been spot on. I have noticed a few minor issues with the car but I am fixing them in my own time and it is a 10 year old car. The Jeep drives perfectly well though.

Super easy and quick sale. No pushy salesman jumping all over you the second you step on to the forecourt which I loved! Never felt pressured into buying the vehicle at any point.
