It was good on the day. I have had a sensor issue ten day after purchase. They brought it in and cleared the faults. I gave four stars because when the issue was brought up I requested a range rover specialist take a look but they refused and I didn’t get the logs for defects cleaded, but so far so good. I went to Nucar as they were local and had a good spec car. The team were inviting, accommodating. It was a smooth purchase.

I was recommended to them by some friends and everything was absolutely fine. The salesperson Lee was good, we got a reduction. There is a tyre pressure light on so I need to sort that but they were very friendly and weren’t pushy.

Really good. they were friendly, professional and there was no pressure. Left me to look at the cars, it was pretty relaxed. Answered questions then when I was ready the helped look over the car for me. I collected a week later from the test drive and they sorted some bits out for me whilst keeping me updated throughout showing the progress. I would recommend Nucar.

Really good experience with Nucar. We love the Mercedes-Benz EQC, No complaints so far. We dealt with Harrison for the whole sales process, he was nice, helpful and definitely went the extra mile! I’d give them a 4* just because the valet was a little bit underwhelming, other than that it was pretty fantastic!
