The Tesla Model 3 is my first electric car, I am loving it. Lewis was completely fine and helpful. He let me go for a test drive, explained that I might have to wait a bit for the green slip, and was good to deal with. The only issue was that one of the rim covers was damaged. The only thing stopping me from giving it a five-star rating is I would have hoped to have been made aware regarding the cosmetic issues. The people there were good, and I'd recommend the dealership to others based on my experience.

The Tesla model 3 is my first electric car and I am finding it to be very cheap to run. The car is very easy to use and nice to drive around when you’re in traffic. Furthermore, I had noticed that Nuneaton was offering decent prices for the Tesla and due to the availability of stock on them, that influenced me into buying from Nuneaton. he buying experience was straight forward and they were easy to deal with. However, the condition of the Tesla could've been better as it did not meet my cleanliness expectations. It was a shame that the car wasn't ready as originally organised.

I always wanted a Mini countryman, and I managed to find one through Autotrader. I was satisfised with the initial service and Lily I dealt with was lovely. However, I thought there could be room for improvement on the aftersales.

My Nephew got a car from Nuneaton, and he recommended me to them. It was a really good service and the lady there was really helpful as there was a few issues with the car. Overall, efficient and quick service.

I absolutely love the Audi Q3 and I'd been looking for one for a while. As soon as I saw the black and white one, it stood out and I knew it was the one I wanted. Overall, the team at Car Sales were brilliant, and Jacque was a lovely guy. The only issue I had was with my personalised number plate. I was told it wouldn't be a problem, but it took six weeks before the log book was sent off, and I had to keep chasing it because I was desperate to get my plate on. Everything else was fine. I'd recommend Nuneaton Car Sales because they've got some gorgeous cars, although I'd mention the delay if someone was buying with a personalised plate.

The representative was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the whole process, which was finalised quite quickly.
