The Audi has been really good, it was in good condition when I got it so it’s driving really well. I saw on Parkside website that it looked really professional and with the listing and once I got there it kept up with my expectations. Five stars everyone there was really friendly.

I got the Mini delivered so dealing with Parkside over emails has been fine so far, I will say on the day the car was delivered it was a bit strange. It was raining when it got delivered so we did not have the chance to look at the car but once we did, we found there was no drivers manual and a spare key. I have been in touch, and they are sorting that out for us. So, dealing with them over email all seems to be okay at the minute. The guy at Parkside has been very helpful.

We had a pickup prior to getting the Cayenne, and I can tell you there is definitely a comfortability upgrade haha! It is a lovely car, we are all very pleased with it. Everything was great with Parkside apart from the delivery was delayed by a day, this would have been fine but we weren't made aware until 4:30pm and then we were told it would arrive the next morning. However it didn't arrive until mid afternoon so I had to move around some meeting last minute. I just think some clearer communication on this would have made it better, but we can't fault the car, very pleased with it.
