Everyone at the dealership was nice and polite. I first dealt with one of the salesmen who took me out for a test drive after checking my licence, and when Dennis arrived, he went through all the details with me. I paid my deposit, arranged the finance, came back and bought the car. I haven't had any issues with the dealership. The only issue I've had is a sensor that keeps coming back after being reset. I haven't actually notified the dealership about it yet, so I can't say they haven't tried to sort it because I haven't given them the chance. Apart from that, the car has been running well.

Dennis was amazing. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Somebody came with me when I bought the car and we both found him really helpful. He also said that if I needed to ask anything, I could take the car back which was good. I was specifically looking for a Fiat because my last car was a Fiat as well.

I found my car on a platform with no pictures but was what I was looking for so emailed the dealer, they swiftly replied and said pictures will be ready in the next 24 hrs and also alerted me when these where added. I spoke with the dealer to say I would like to view and we agreed a time. As planned the car was ready and a test drive taken, happy with the car finance was sourced and time agreed to collect the next day. As I planned all was ready and even help given to access the garage due to emergency road repairs closing the main route. All round great service , friendly staff would recommend and use again if required.

The BMW S1000 is a great bit of kit and I'm very happy with it. Dennis was great to deal with. My finance was arranged first, so I didn't have much to do with him at the beginning, but as soon as everything went through and I messaged him, he was straight on the phone to arrange collection. When I went down, he took the time to go through everything with me, including how to use all the technology, the paperwork, and all the bits and bobs. I couldn't fault him. I've had a couple of issues afterwards, not so much with the vehicle itself, as I hadn't received my V5 and had a couple of other things to check. Each time I spoke to Dennis, he was straight back to me and was helpful.

I'm really happy with my Audi TT and honestly couldn't fault it at all. It's been perfect. My experience at the dealership was very good. Everything was handled professionally. That's what stood out the most for me. I'd definitely use Red Lion Motors again in the future and I'd 100% recommend them to other people.

The Ford Kuga I got from Red Lion Motors, has been great so far! The dealership is just down the road from where I live, which was very convenient for me as I needed a car quick, the sales man was very knowledgeable, and it wasn’t a hard sale, I would go back there, and now I know they do services I will be using them for that.

I’m very pleased with the Volvo from Red Lion Motors, the staff were very attentive, there was a slow puncture in one of the tyres when we went to inspect it, and I pointed out that there was a fan belt that might be on its way out, and that was all sorted out with the service. It was delivered to me perfectly. I would certainly use them again!
