My Ford Focus is doing well, every time I do the screen wash, I realise that I need to change that wiper, but that's my only compliant. Adam at Reynolds is very efficient and made the process straightforward and got all of the paperwork in order. This was my first time using this dealer but I would go back to them again. I did also notice that it was quite busy when we went so could have done with one more staff member on duty.

Jesse was brilliant when I bought my BMW from Reynolds, since having the car it has all been fine and I would recommend them to my friends and family

I'm really happy with the Golf, I was happy with the service from Reynolds the guy was really friendly and helpful, let me have a look at myself, and he sent me out for a test drive. I am awaiting my V5 still, but I do know there is a delay with the DVLA, so hopefully this will come through soon.

From always having Hyundai's in the past and Kia is the same engine i felt it was good to stick with what I knew. I didn't actually look at the dealership themselves it was actually just the car, but the process was straightforward, smooth and Adam was brilliant!

I bought this Audi back in 2023 and owned it for a year, then I bought a campervan and sold the Audi, after some time I found my self in a different financial position and really missed this car, so I had a look online and my old car was the first one that popped up online, it was meant to be! I got in touch with the guys and they were very communicative with me, I discussed with them giving me a couple of weeks to sort out the money for it and with a small deposit they were happy to hold the vehicle for me which I appreciated. They delivered the car on time when they said it would be, I'm very satisfied but I never give anyone a five star rating so its 4.5 from me, if I was to give any feedback is when a car is delivered a nice little touch would be a air freshener in already just so it smells nice. But as a whole I love it!

The Suzuki is going great so far. It was the good reviews that influenced me into buying from Reynolds Motors. The only thing I would say is that we didn’t receive the head rests. Regarding that, the dealership was clean with welcoming staff

Everything was fine on the day of purchase and the process itself was good. I’ve had a pretty frustrating experience with my BMW X6 so far. It’s been back to the dealership a few times, there is a problem with the drive train although they have been helpful in trying to get it sorted for me.

My experience with Reynolds Motor Group was fine. I dealt with Jesse, who was good, although the whole process was a bit slow. The Tiguan I bought has been fine, it does have a fault with the parking sensor, although it is being resolved through warranty. I'd still use them again.
