I was in need of a bigger car for my family when I came across the Nissan X-Trail at Rightdrive Car finance, all of my queries and questions were answered. I was taken on a test drive. I'd definitely use them again in the future. 5 out of 5.

Previously I had an '07 plate with 150,000 miles on the clock, so I thought to myself, 'If I don't treat myself now, I never will. The difference I've noticed since getting the Mercedes A-Class from Rightdrive has been day and night. The biggest thing for me was the level of communication, I could not fault it. I've been to many car dealerships over the years and bought many cars. Most times they are just trying to sell you the car. Nina at Rightdrive was the complete opposite, she wanted to establish why I wanted the car and what I would be using it for. She built a relationship with me, she didn't oversell anything or attempt to persuade me. She added a personal touch to it, and I thought she was absolutely excellent.

The reason for the change in car was because I had a manual. I've been having some difficulty with the manual with an issue with my leg, so I needed an automatic. My friend recommended me, as he has bought from Rightdrive previously. What really stood out to me was how helpful and polite Nina was. Now I've been myself, I would recommend it to others.

Due to my old car breaking I definitely needed a car. I've used Rightdrive 3 times in the pasts, when I got there the process was easy enough and the customer service was all fine. However, the car I initially wanted was sold by the time the application was complete and wasn't told, so I was a bit disappointed there. I've never had any problems with them, and it was good experience overall.

Excellent service, I smashed my exhaust at work and it would of cost nearly 2,000 quid to fix and it just wasn't worth it. I start at half 4 in the morning and I work a long way from home, so I needed a car. Rightdrive were the best broker for me they offered me the money I needed and got it all sorted in 2 days. They were rapid, I managed to do the whole thing over the phone from a field in the middle of nowhere haha. Within 24/36 hours I had the car, which is just exceptional to be honest. Definitely five, they even organised delivery on a Saturday morning and I'm 40 miles I couldn't ask for anything more. I'm well pleased.

Just visit RightDrive Car Finance go it go by try them seen is believing, they are down to earth right from reception to finish, be honest with them, they will surely sort you out. Take it or leave it.

We have nothing to complain about vehicle-wise as everything's been perfect so far. The staff we dealt with at Rightdrive were very communicative and were very keen to make sure awe had all relevant information throughout. Five star service! Thanks and Merry Christmas 🎄

I'm in love with my new Renault Captur from Rightdrive Car Finance. Mark (who I'm pretty sure's the owner of the company) made everything super easy for me! The whole purchase was completed remotely from the comfort of my own home haha! He was absolutely brilliant at keeping me in the loop and even sent me photos my car car during it's pre-sale inspection etc. I'd like to thank him for all his efforts as it was very much well received.
