We went to see a car at BMW, Coventry as they had the perfect X1 we were looking for. From the get go, we felt like we were in a rat race to buy this car and it seemed pressured. We agreed to buy the car dependant on some work that they said they would do. After no contact from the garage (we had to call them twice to ask for an update on the car) we arrived 1 and a half weeks later (1 day after the arranged pick up day). The car had had some work done, but there were still aspects that hadn't been seen to and the car hadn't even been valeted...We were gutted to say the least. BMW pride themselves on good customer service and giving the 5 star treatment. We left the garage feeling like we had been ripped off and lied to. I don't want to name names but please think twice before dealing with some of these cowboys who think they are God's gift to the car world.

Never thought I'd do click and collect for a car but we did. It was really easy, we got personalised videos from the sales team after our initial call. We had a video of the car and were able to see the full spec before purchase. When we did collect the team were really helpful and explained the everything really well. Called during lockdown as a serious buyer for an used X5. They had one in group stock in my perfect spec and colour combo. Spoke to an Ash in sales. What a waste of time. Wanted further details and a finance quote. Never got back to me. 2 weeks later got a car from a BMW dealer down south. They have been great.

After few visits to BMW coventry end of 2019, and the car tested by one of the seniors; they found the issue that i raised and decided that the suspensions need changinging. Few weeks later, the right side of the car goes down after parking it for as short as couple of hours. I took the few times to BMW coventry, and they said there is no problem. Though it happened to on one occasion at BMW, and the person who delt with me promised he will email me and raised the issue as he has seen it. I was ignored completely. All what they care is ripping the money
