The whole claims process was fantastic, I can't fault it. Ever since I had the PCV valve replaced on the Land Rover Discovery in April, it has been fine, 'touch wood'.

The claim process was Absolutely fantastic to be honest with you. The service I had from the warranty provider was brilliant and I had no problems at all. I’ve only had the Vauxhall Crossland about twenty weeks, so I was a bit shocked that I had a problem so soon and how costly it could have been if I hadn’t had the cover, but I honestly can’t fault the service. I work in the motoring trade delivering car parts, and it’s made me realise how many problems newer vehicles can actually have compared to older ones, so it’s definitely worth having a warranty. The young lady I spoke to who authorised everything was really on the ball as well.

Since the repairs on my Nissan Qashqai, everything’s been absolutely fine. The garage took a little bit longer than I’d hoped for, but the claims department were amazing throughout the process and really good to deal with.

I had an issue over a bank holiday and paid out of my own pocket because there was no one there, but once I sent the invoice over, they refunded the money directly back into my bank account. That was all fine. There’s been another issue with the MINI Cooper since then, but they’ve already said they’re going to sort it. I’m just waiting for the parts to come in now. I’ve done the same again by getting the part directly from MINI, and they told me to send the quote and paperwork over and they’ll reimburse me. So far, they’ve been great and there’s been no drama or issues whatsoever.
