The Combo is brilliant, Tom at Wheelers was very good at his job, he was very professional and my experience with him during the one on one was great.

Im getting along alright with the Man TGE and the experience want bad! Tom was fine, no problems with him.

All very positive, we really like the car. We had a list of things to be sorted, like AC, brake pads and scratches. The communication from the dealership was great as they were sorting everything out. We initially dealt with Amber however, she went on holiday, so we went through the handover with someone else.

There was a two-week wait to collect the Mercedes Citan from the dealership. I can't blame Wheelers for it. The communication with them was great throughout the process, and the staff were very friendly. When I was over at the dealership, they offered me drinks and everything.

I had an issue with the AC in the Nissan Navara however, Wheelers were excellent with dealing with the issues, and they got fixed. The whole journey from sales to after-sales was absolutely great.

The vehicle developed a fault on day four of ownership. They immediately took full responsibility, took it back and supplied a temporary vehicle. The repair even involved going back to a main dealer. It was returned and so far all is well. Excellent customer service.

The Polo is lovely, it’s been all fine. My experience with Ben was very good, he was smooth and thorough.
