Nice place that sells good cars. Overall experience is a good one, Tommy the sales man did a great job with no pressure to buy. Handed me the keys and allowed any inspection which I thought was good. Only area I feel there could be improvement was the preparation of the vehicle. I initially was told it would be a maximum of 2 weeks that I would be waiting for the truck to be prepared. It ended up being 4 weeks and me having to chase them up numerous times to get any update on the car. Overall it took 4 weeks to give the truck a service, change the auxiliary belt and tensioner and fit 4 tyres which I think is poor, Also some dents and scratches on the truck hadn’t been repaired/polished out like we agreed before the sale. The trucks Gear linkage was also stiff from it standing and the rear drum brakes are grinding/screeching slightly which I feel could have been sorted in the 4 weeks of preparation

I was really impressed with everything from the initial viewing to driving it away I couldn't fault it. I dealt with Amber, she was great, very knowledgeable and professional. The Golf I got has been really good, very pleased with it. I came across the dealership while looking on Autotrader and went over to the website from there. Everything was accurate. I would rate my experience a 5 out of 5!

I had the same make and model of car prior to getting this one, the reason I swapped it out was unfortunately the original car had got into an accident and written off. Now as I was without a vehicle I didn't have anyway of getting to the dealership. The staff were amazing and actually brought the car to me to test drive, as was I not far away. The customer service they provided just made it a hassle free experience, I didn't once feel stressed or pressured into purchasing. Overall I would rate the experience a 4.5, I am very pleased.

I was looking for a bit of an upgrade, something with a bit more storage and that was suitable for me. I went for the Mitsubishi L200. It is a great vehicle really enjoying it so far. I do think the communication went a bit poor after I had signed the papers, trying to get a collection date etc, took longer than I would have liked. The only other thing that I had an issue with is that the vehicle wasn't fully serviced, I didn't expect that and think those 2 areas could be improved to make it a perfect sale. In all fairness Tom the salesman I dealt with helped me as much as he could and was one of the best I've spoken to. The car was cleaned, everything was spot on apart from those 2 things so I would rate a 3.5 which I think is fair.

Local to the dealership but it was the first time I had used them. I dealt with Harry throughout the sale, he was helpful and the process was pretty quick apart from a bit of a longer wait than expected. It was around the new year that I purchased so I do understand why there was that delay. When I did eventually go to collect it was all cleaned and ready to go. I have already driven it quite a fair bit and it drives well, no issues. Rating a 4 because of that delay.
