First time using Windmill Autos after finding the car online. I gave four stars as only issue i've found is the Bluetooth doesn’t appear to be working so I need to contact them. Their communication was good, Andy was great, he showed me everything and explained things. He’s a good guy.

I would recommend Windmill Autos, they are a very good dealership.

Vehicle is alright. There are a few issues since having the car that I need to get sorted but Andy was fine. I’d probably return if they had the car I wanted.

Absolutely fantastic, I knew what I wanted. Slightly more mileage but less prices and had good service history Windmill cars were fantastic, had the MOT done for and replace all four tyres instead of three. Andy was amazing, so helpful. I’d recommend them without hesitation. Easy, laidback, relaxing.

Staff were perfect. I spoke to them prior to going up to see them and Andy ran through what the car needed on the MOT and what work was to be carried out. When we rocked up after a two hour journey they were just finishing off the valet and we drove it home. Seamless process. I have no qualms about them. They even talked me through the paperwork corrections so cant fault them for that.

I had an issue and Andy sorted it straight away for me. I would go back. I found it hassle free.

I set a day to look at the car and everything was ready when I got there. Andy looked after me. He let me look at the car and went through the paperwork. Quite an easy process. The MOT failed and they replaced the whole suspension arm instead of the thing that failed on so that was pretty good.

Andrew who we dealt with when buying the Audi A5 from Windmill Autos was brilliant at all his customer service, he was excellent can’t fault him at all! We had a couple of issues with the car which is fair enough with it being second hand, but he got them sorted and rectified without any problems at all and made the whole process really easy, so I’m extremely impressed with them!

I was looking at Toyota’s Auris had on Autotrader and found one at Windmill Autos the experience was good my only issue was there was no delivery to me but the experience was just right
