The was guy was a nice fella spot on, we arranged to meet early because I was traveling from Newcastle, we meet and shook hands. It was just buying a van to be honest aha he was a good bloke, and it was a good deal I would definitely consider going back there again in the future. Five stars.

Everything was fine with Woodlands, I am still waiting on my v5. I did call them last week and they said it was coming so I am just waiting but they did say it would come within 2-3 days. The customer service has been fine I didn’t really have much to do with them when I got the van, I got the keys and was told to move a couple of vans to get my own. But it was a smooth buying process took the van on a test drive and picked it up two days later.

Everything is good with the van, I'll give you an easy 5. The whole experience of buying a van from woodlands van centre was a pleasure,no pressure and very helpful. Highly recommend anyone buying a motor from this garage 10/10

My experience with dealing with the company was good but when we got home the engine light had come on, I sent the pictures to Woodlands and they did offer me another van as replacement but I did not want to drive since I live quite far away and there was a lot of engine codes so I took it too a local garage and up until now the light has not come back on. The garage did get back to me and told me that it was normal since the battery was replaced. So, I am just waiting to see but other than that it was great. I liked how quickly I reived the van and everything was fast I would give it a three just because of the issues.

I found the gentleman really helpful and the van so far has been pretty good I’ve only had it for two weeks. I was having a look online and found the Ford Transit. When I got there the gentlemen made me feel really welcome and it was no hassle.

The van is running fine, I am having an issue with the service light coming on when I start the car so I’m not sure if I need to get is serviced or not. But the customer service was okay, they were polite and they were happy for me to get on with it. And that is as far as I would go. Four stars.

I chose Woodlands because it was close and they were a good deal, my experience was good it was fast aye great. They kept in touch they were brand Id give them a five stars definitely. 😊

Good, the van was tip toe more than happy. Good bunch of people, more than happy the van seems to be good and everything five stars.

The customer service was fine it was grand no problem, we decided to go for a new van and its grand its running well. The only thing I will say is we forgot to pick up the paperwork, so we had to travel all the way back because we thought it was in the van. My husband has seen Woodlands, and we were in the area. Five stars it was fine.

Very easy process buying my van from woodland. Van was well presented with no attempts to hide any slight damage, which I like. What you see is what you get. Van was ready to drive away immediately and so far there's been no issues whatsoever. Very pleased with the whole experience.
