Mo and Jay were really good thought the process, I had a great experience all round. It was very easy and also a pretty quick sale, I didn't feel pushed at all and it was all very chill. I came to purchase a Kia Ceed, I really liked the look of it and I went for it mainly because it is economical, its good on diesel and great for commuting. I'm glad I made the choice because it is a very nice car. Mo was great, honestly from start to finish he was brilliant and very honest. I have been a few places in the past and I have never received customer service like this or vibed as well as I did here at Motor Warehouse! Very nice guys down here! I have nothing bad to say AT ALL, it was very quick and very easy with no messing around, but not rushed what so ever. Nothing but 5 stars! .

I am enjoying driving my lovely Mini Countryman a lot! The staff were very welcoming and my experience was not daunting in the slightest, it was very relaxed and ran so smooth. Everything was explained so well and was made very clear. I would certainly rate 5 stars.

The guys down at Motor Ware house went truly above and beyond for me, this is how: I was meant to be coming to buy and collect the car on Saturday a few days before my father in law got rushed into hospital critically, I had to make a journey up to Scotland asap, the gents at Motor warehouse told me to come 2 days early and that they would get the car ready for me. I got there, purchased the beautifully clean, well presented car. I purchase it and set off for Scotland.. I put a lot of trust in these guys, the car ran like a dream all the way to Scotland and is still running a dream now. Its very good on petrol and its just such a healthy car. The car is in pristine condition and I genuinely couldn't be happier or thank them enough for what they did for me. From start to finish they were very supportive and highly responsive, each and every time I called they would pick up the phone and each time I sent a message on WhatsApp they got straight back to me. This is the best dealership and it goes without saying, I would love to come back and use again. it would be a pleasure.
