My experience in purchasing my new VW Golf, Unfortunately took a bit more time than I initially expected, but I cannot put the blame solely on Rightdrive. They did ask for quite allot of documents for the finance, and I am not great on my phone or PC so I may have delayed the process slightly. But on the other hand they were polite and informative and the car was defiantly worth the wait.

The customer service at Rightdrive Car Finance is incredible. All of my questions were answered swiftly and accurately, the process was quick (Quicker than I thought it would be). I absolutely love my new car , I dont normally rate anywhere 5* ,but honestly I cannot rate Rightdrive lower than 5* it would be a insult to there impeccable service to give then a 4*

When I was looking for a new car, we originally wanted a BMW or a Merc, Bless Dan, when we arrived to look at the cars, we test drove allot! - He has the patience of a saint! Nothing was giving me that feeling that it was meant for me, I then saw my now Audi and I fell in love instantly, I am so incredibly happy with my car, there was a slight problem with the Bluetooth in the car so I couldn't play my music properly. I spoke to Dan about this and he found a bluetooth adapter so I was able to play my music in the car, where else do you find service like that? Amazing car, perfect customer service...I will be returning when my wife or I need a new car.

I financed my Nissan Qashqai through Right Drive and although I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly, I feel any delays sat with the dealership on the collection day. I am happy with RightDrive and would consider using them again in the future.

This is the 2nd car we have had from Rightdrive, we actually part exchanged our first car an Insignia we got from them to get the A3. Its mainly driven by my partner but he absolutely loves it. The Sales rep was so professional. He managed to sort out all the paperwork for us, he even sorted out the tax for us. It was these little things they did that made my experience so good. If I need a car in the future Rightdrive would be the first ones I would call. As a bonus when I got the car an MOT had been done a few days before so its got 12 months MOT too.
