We have been looking for a Ford Kuga for a while, we had driven our old car into the ground and it was becoming increasingly urgent as the weeks went on. One evening I was looking online and came across Pellon, they had such a great variety of Kuga's advertised online, and we thought this would be the perfect place to find our next car. When we got to the forecourt, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly to deal with, including the specific salesman who was helping us. I cannot remember his name for the life of me. Maybe someone can look it up on the in house systems to give him a big pat on the back from us, he was wonderful. The whole turnaround took us no more than 2 hours. We aren't planning on running this one into the ground, so hopefully in a few years we will be back for a little upgrade!

My wife has a Nissan, so when I went on my search, I knew what engine I wanted was the same as hers. So I popped all the information into AutoTrader and a fab advertisement from Pellon Motor Group for a Nissan Juke at a great price came up. So I headed down to them, they are a smashing team and truly go above and beyond, I was told there was a crack in the windscreen and this was going to be repaired, but to my surprise, when I went to collect the car, they had replaced the whole thing for me. I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from them again in the future.

I'm having a bit of an issue with the tyre at the moment, but the team has been so helpful and supportive in getting this rectified.
