We visited Arnold Clark Perth Motorstore on Sunday looking for a car for my daughter and dealt with Craig Sutherland. Craig was very professional and explained everything thoroughly and got us a great deal. When we went to pick up the car it was awaiting on us in a separate area with balloons and a bow which a thought was a really good.

From the minute we walked into Arnold Clark Perth Motorstore it has been truly awful. Hard pressure sales. Told the car we were buying had a new clutch fitted.. on an automatic. Told it was a 4wd but found out from a main dealer it was front wheel only. Took almost 2 weeks to get refund back. Managers never available during complaints process. Go to a reputable car dealer and stay well away. Completely unprofessional.

I bought my car from a salesman called Lawrie at Arnold Clark Motorstore in Perth. Not only did he help me choose exactly what I wanted, but he also saved me almost 800 pound on my old car. Car bought on Saturday, was available to pick up on the Monday. Can't recommend these guys enough.
