My experience was that good with Autoworld I have already recommended my friend who has recently bought a car from them and also so happy. I bought a Renault Kadjar from then which is good with no problems to report, the staff there are really friendly good and really friendly.

I couldn't be happier with my experience buying from Autoworld Faversham. The guys who own and run day to day are really lovely, they provide an absolutely wonderful buying experience. I ended up buying a Mercedes from them which I absolutely love, I did unfortauntly have an issue with the breaks but I wasn't to worry, the guys took the car in and fixed with out question. There is no doubt in my mind that I will buy from them again!

Would recommend this dealer to anyone. I went to this dealer due to it being convenient to where I lived but they are great, Chris gave me lots of time to look around the vehicle with no pressure and answered all questions I had. Since having the car I've had no problems to report, all running well. I wouldn't say there are any improvements to be made to there service.

I bought from this dealership many years ago and it all went really well, and this time around it was as good. Chris welcomed me in after I saw a car their I liked the look of, within half an hour I was test driving the car and fell in love - I guess the rest is history.

Chris and Graham were very good, this was my first time using them and I am very happy with my Ford KA and I will be recommending them, It was honestly such a personable experience. I hope not to need another car again for a while but if I do they will be where I will go.

I decided to buy from Autoworld Faversham as locally they have a great reputation and from my experience buying my Clio from them they surpassed their reputation. I love the car, and I have already been recommending them and will continue to do so, would be happy to buy from them again.

We dealt with Chris at Autoworld who was very personable, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We felt we were in safe, honest and trustworthy hands in buying a new car which can be a very stressful exercise as you are investing a huge amount of money. We would have no hesitation in using Autoworld again and would highly recommend Chris and Autoworld. End. Just feeding back ... A set of car mats would have been the icing on the cake to our new, expensive purchase! But we were really happy with the customer service we received and with our purchase otherwise.

Unfortauntly I was looking for a new, which is a sad story, but once i told the men there they were so courteous and sympathetic, they showed me lots of different options of what could work for me next, They couldn't of done more for me, you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the cars they get. I'm really pleased with my new car, Thank you Chris and Graham, you are both splendid and I would 100% use you again.

We are quite local to this dealership so have used them a few times now and each time they are brilliant. The cars perfect and I have no complaints at all. No doubt when its time for another car ill head back there again!
