After a long time looking at different types of vans we eventually bought our first campervan from Crowther last week. We spoke to various members of the team who answered all our questions and demonstrated how things worked without any pressure to buy. The quality of the fittings in their conversions are excellent. It was Steve who we finally sealed the deal with and he had everything ready on our chosen collection day. Steve demonstrated some further things on handover and said to contact him at anytime if we had any questions or problems.

My wife and I were both nervous about buying our first campervan however Gary and Steve put us at ease straight away without putting any pressure on us to buy one, they let us browse the vans in the showroom untill we were happy with a van,they then showed and explained everything to us in Slow time so was not rushed, Steve gave me a through handover/takeover when I went to collect it and completed all the paper work for me so a stress free handover would definitely recommend Crowther to family and friends

We spent months searching for “the one” when we finally found her nothing was too much for these guys - they made us feel comfortable and helped us every step along the way- we feel that everyone at Crowthers went above and beyond arranging add ons on our new van answering numerous questions and always there with a smile - we would highly recommend Crowthers not just because they have some amazing vans but the guys really do make your dreams come true! A big thanks to everyone we’ve not stopped smiling since we collected our Scooby 2!

All i can say is if i knew then what i know now, would definitely not bought from this company. Minor things to major. 4hrs sorting deal and picking up van, not once offered a cuppa,minor, but when you are spending £40+k,think at least respect the customer. Deposit up front, told non refundable,yet van not available to see. "well dont buy it then,i have people waiting,willing to put deposit down " should have realised by attitude then...Once money taken not interested in sorting things, phone calls not answered, ended up texting or wattsapp. warranty from aa not worth paper written on, 3months with maximum £300, and limit of £60 per hr labour. Contacted them about side sliding door lock which i had highlighted twice to rep at crowthers,not covered by aa warranty because not a breakdown,crowther should have sorted it when notified.now 4 months on will not open with central locking most mornings,air con very poor. Bonnet cover starting to come off, bad preparation and fitting of that and decals on side.Suppose to have been serviced, but on inspection elsewhere, oil and filters have not been done,nor has timing belt, which i was told "we can do that if you wish". I could go on, other faults cropping up,of course just out of warranty!!!! Bad experience, which is exasperated by people at the company,' talking down to you', not respecting that not everyone is a seasoned campervan driver/owner.

Gary and his colleagues were wonderful. They made the car buying seem so easy and I had a really good experience . Would definately use them again
