I’ve had no issues whatsoever with the Transit so far. They were a bit lacking in their messaging a I requested some pictures of it however they didn’t arrive so I had to chase them, it would have been 5 stars otherwise. Apart from that they were polite and efficient.

Honestly, I can’t give enough compliments to Mason, the guy was absolutely amazing. He sorted all the issues I pointed out like one of the cameras being a bit foggy and some scratches on the bumper. When I showed up he straight away handed me the keys to the car to have a look around and was more than happy to take me for a test drive, he was absolutely sound! I'm lovin my new car - Thank you Mason 👍

Everything was all good, I’ve had no problems with getting the Ford Transit. I found it on auto trader and I took the train down from Ashford in Kent to the Herts & Essex dealership to get it and I ended up coming back with it on the same day. I'm not very good with name's, just about know my own name haha but the salesman provided a 5 star experience to me.

I’m happy with the Ford Transit from Herts and Essex, I don’t remember the young lad's name but they were sound.

My experience at Herts and Essex was good - No complaints! All the guys were really polite & friendly and all the cars were immaculate. I didn’t catch their name but someone was very kind enough to reverse my new Discovery out of the dealership for me so I didn't dink it on anything!

The overall experience I’ve had at Herts & Essex and the buying process were both fine. I'm currently in the process of sorting out a engine management light that came on with the dealership and the warranty, the car is booked in for diagnostics with an independent garage. I would have given 5 stars if they willing to budge on any discount ha! I would definitely buy from them again.

I was more than happy with Charles who I dealt with, he did everything he said he would. All I had to do on the day was turn up, sign some paper work and leave with the car. The dealership was clean and everyone was very friendly. there is no reason not to give them the highest mark.
