I’d give my experience a 3.5-star rating. The car has been good, and I am enjoying it, but I need to get the timing belt changed, and I am still waiting for the log book.

They were relatively helpful with any issues. There was a couple of issues and they said to take it to an Audi garage to get sorted out. The staff were great on the day. I'd give them 4 stars.

I should say the reason I only gave a 3 was because I am very disappointed with the after sales service.

Had a few problems with the car but the team sorted all my worries out, special mention to olivia for going above and beyond to help clean my engine even breaking a nail in the process. Gave me a fair price for my trade in as well with some slight haggling. Had a problem with a scratch on the handle and that was sorted as well. Only issue over the last couple of weeks is slight issue with the front brakes causing vibrations.

I was really impressed with the service at Junction 17, they made the whole process go smoothly from start to finish, it really wasn't complicated at all. I am very pleased with the Range Rover I got everything has been perfect with it, got no complaints.

I had no issues with the dealership. I wasn’t kept waiting, and the process was smooth and straightforward from start to finish. I got a Tesla Model 3, which is my first electric vehicle, and I’m really pleased with it. It has definitely taken some getting used to, but overall, I’m happy with the purchase. I did have an issue with the parking sensors, which I had to sort out myself, as they aren’t covered under warranty. That was the only downside. I’d still give the dealership 5 out of 5 stars. The service was great, and all the staff were friendly and helpful in any way they could be.
