It's been fine so far, no issues at all. I’m actually out in the Porsche today on a day trip, so everything’s been good. Paul was decent, everything went as expected.

This is my 2nd time buying from Roadstar, I got a BMW X5 this time. The only issue I’ve had was when I bought it, it had an off-market steering wheel fitted. After that, I noticed a small issue with the steering and the adaptive cruise control not working. They’ve now put the original steering wheel back on, and I’ve got an appointment booked with the main dealer, so I’m hoping everything will be fine after that. Experience itself was perfect. They are nice people at Roadstar.

I’ve always had vans, so I wanted to change to a Ford Ranger, and it does the job. It’s just a farm truck for me, so I'll be running it into the ground. Roadstar wasn't bad when you compared to what you expect from car sales, and the guy I dealt with was spot on and helpful. However, I did have an issue with the lights afterwards, and I was told someone would call me back, but that didn’t happen, so I ended up sorting it myself.

My staff are using the Ford Kuga and haven't reported any issues. I went to the dealership and did not have any problems with the process or the salesman's service, so I'd give it the max score.

All of the experience I had with Roadstar was good to be honest. The Ranger is a work vehicle, its lovely and its not had any issues. Roadstar had good selection of vehicles!

The Cayenne is great, we love it. Roadstar just makes the cars look a little bit better with the kits that they add on. There was one slight hiccup with the financial process. However our experience with Joseph was all good, he was helpful. We kinda knew what we wanted anyways, so it was nice and straight forwards.

Any time I’ve called Roadstar Automobiles, they’ve been quick to help and kept me updated, which I’ve appreciated. I’m happy with the car and the service. There were a few issues when I first got it, like a couple of scratches, a sound from the brakes, and a stain in the interior, but nothing major. I spoke to the team, and they’ve been helping me get everything sorted. I’ve been in contact with Hailey, and she’s been really helpful. They’ve booked it in to fix the issues. The customer service has been spot on.

My experience at Roadstar was good, and I can’t fault them in terms of the service I received. When I was dealing with Obinna, everything was sound and I had no problems at all. I did have to take the vehicle back in for some work, and there was an issue where it came back with damage to the arch. At first there was some back and forth about how it happened, but in the end they accepted it needed sorting and got it fixed, so it was resolved. Aside from that situation, I’ve got no issues with the place itself and the overall service I received. I would buy from them again. 

The Jeep Wrangler itself has been excellent. There has been a small issue with the coolant leaking, which I'm struggling to get done, as the garages I've tried to use can't source the parts, so I'm going to contact Roadstar. When I was there, the service was okay, and I didn't feel like there was any pressure or a hard sale.
