The service from TMO has been brilliant, they got my Mercedes SLK sorted. When I called them with the issue, they were Fabulous, they told me what to do and booked me into a garage just down the road from where the car broke down. Everything from there was pretty much between the garage and TMO, I was kept updated with what was wrong and what was happening.

The claim process has been very simple. The garage didn’t charge me any labor as the faulty circuit board was replaced with a new one that was plug-and-play. I went through the warranty company directly as the dealership was 6 hours away from me. I’m waiting for the TMO to come back to me weather the warranty will cover the repairs.

The Motoring Organisation has been very good, my Skoda Octavia has been fixed with the new clutch kit. I went through TMO directly, and the whole process was quite simple, nothing too complicated. They needed proof of the repairs and the issue with the car. Everyone I dealt with was very nice, they explained everything to me.
