The guys were fantastic full marks no question.

I recently had the starter motors changed on the Renault Clio, the cost was covered through the warranty provider. Since the repair, the car has all been fine, and I did not have to pay any costs towards the repair, which was good.

The warranty provider got it all sorted and quickly. The work was done over the Christmas period, so it felt like it took a while, although that's no fault of TMO. Happy everything is sorted now.

The garage dealt with most of the communication with the warranty provider, but it all went smoothly with no delay or problem. I'd definitely give it 5 stars.

Molly and Mark at the motoring organisation have been exceptional. Most warranty providers don't do what they say they will, but I cannot fault TMO at all, they went above and beyond. I'd give them higher than 5 if I could.

I claimed directly through The Motoring Organisation. I paid the money up front to the garage, and then TMO transferred me the money the next day once they had received a copy of the invoice. The process was amazing from start to finish, 10 out of 10.

The work on the Seat Leon was carried out fairly quickly and successfully, as well as there not being any additional costs to me.

We had the diesel injector changed on our Ford motorhome. I haven't driven it much since, but I've started it a few times, and it seems to be running okay. Overall, I was happy with the process and don't see any reason not to give it 5 stars.
