Customer service was great, there was no pressure on the sale, he went through everything with me, any questions I had they were happy to answer and go over with me which was appreciated. It was a positive experience from start to finish and to make things even better I am pleased with the vehicle I got and it has no problems. Will definitely be returning in the future, one of the best car buying experiences I have had.

Needed a car quickly as ours is unfortunately off road, Williams Motor Company sorted and helped us out massively! The car is reliable it was a very quick turnaround, dealership was easy to get a hold of, it was my wife who went to pick up the car and she had no problems. It was vallted honestly couldn't fault a thing!

I first came across the dealership while looking for vehicles on Autotrader. I called them up and went to view. Everything has as pictured and described in the advert online. The staff were great, really helpful with everything. It was a relatively quick turnaround, I did have to wait a few weeks just while it was being serviced and checked over for me. I didn't mind this though because it is one less thing I have to worry about so worth the wait.

Amazing from start to finish, from the service to the delivery of the car I couldn't fault it. The staff were so kind and helpful. The communication was constant. The delivery was all on time with no issues and for the first time using this dealership I couldn't be more impressed.

"Everything I wanted"

Williams had the specific car I wanted, it was a journey to get to them but I did actually enjoy the train ride up. The car is everything I wanted, it has been the perfect car so far. Everything was great at the dealership in regards to service, everything was prepared for me when I arrived and there was even a spare key which I wasn't aware of so that was a nice extra surprise. I am giving a 4/5 as there is always room for improvement!

Car is perfect, not had any problems, it's doing its job haha! I was pleased with the Service from Williams for a number of reasons, to begin with the staff were friendly and approachable. They didn't push or mither me, it was nice to walk around look at different vehicles and while doing that, I saw the Kuga. All of these things added together just made it a easy and enjoyable purchase.

I had a really good experience buying the car, and even after the purchase, they have been helpful in trying to resolve an issue I've had with a slight rattling noise. Once I am back from uni, they are happy for me to take the car back in and get it sorted.

I purchased a Vauxhall Corsa from Williams Motor Company for my wife. She hasn't mentioned any issues with the car, so I'm assuming it's all okay. I did travel down originally to look at a different car, but when I got there, all of the panels were damaged, so I had to buy a different car, which wasn't ideal. In all fairness, the lads there dealt with the situation well, and I ended up getting a car which has had no problems, so I'm happy to still give it 4 stars.
