I am very impressed with the service provided at Beckside 4x4. They went the extra mile for me by making sure the timing belt was changed before I picked up the car as they knew I had a long journey back to Scotland. The car had new tyres, new brakes, and a freshly done MOT. It was also spotless when I arrived every inch was cleaned! There was no delay when I got to the dealership I was seen right away by Richard, and the car was prepared and ready to go. I have noticed a possible suspension issue, but I took out the warranty with the dealership, so I will get this looked at soon. I wouldn’t give the team anything less than five stars. They set a high standard for other dealerships.

Since purchasing my Evoque last month, I have been over the moon with it. It’s such a great car and I have had no issues at all. It was my first time visiting Beckside 4x4, and it was a great experience. The process was quick, the deal was easy, and there was no pressure during the sale. Based on the experience I’ve had, I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend them if you are looking for a trustworthy dealership.

To start with, the sale itself at Beckside 4x4 was brilliant. I have no complaints in that respect. They even provided some mats and a tow bar free of charge, which was great. However, the aftersales has not been as good. I have had a few issues, with a lot of back and forth, and we have not been able to reach a resolution. I think this is definitely something they could improve on. I would still give them three and a half stars because of how good the sale was to begin with.

I'd rate my experience 3/5 as the battery in the car was the wrong battery and since the 22nd of September they TPMS light has been on so trying to sort everything with that now too.

Other than having some advisories on the MOT that I was not aware of, the car has been running well so far. I would still give Beckside 4x4 four stars based on my experience.

We were looking on CarGurus when we saw that Beckside 4x4 had about 30 Range Rovers, so we decided to go and have a look. The process was very smooth, and the Evoque we purchased has been great so far. We have had no concerns with it.

I was really happy with the way the sale went through. I dealt with Gary, and the Range Rover Sport I bought has been brilliant. I would definitely recommend Beckside to others based on my experience.
