Overall, I am happy with the car. There were a few initial issues. My tyres were flat when I arrived, but Junction 17 made sure they were pumped up before I left. However, one side was pumped significantly higher than the other. There was a bit of a wait time, but nothing too major. I did also notice there was very little petrol in the car, and I had to refill the oil once I got home. As some feedback, I think it’s really important to make customers aware of the £260 fee when buying the car. We weren’t told about this until right at the end, and I believe it should be made much clearer from the start. Overall, there were just a few small things that could have been improved to make the experience better for customers.

First time I used Junction 17, I chose the dealership just as they are the closest to me. It all went smoothly, I wasn't left waiting for hours, the transaction was quick. I am happy with the vehicle I got so based off my experience I would use them again.

I recently purchased a VW Polo in July and it has been running smoothly, and I have been enjoying driving it. I was also happy with the customer service. The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars is that I am still waiting for the parcel shelf.

The car has been good since the purchase. It does about 50 miles a day and has been running smoothly. The salesman was informative and helpful throughout the process, so I would give it 5 stars.

Initially I had an issue with my Audi A1 but as I needed to take the car back for a service, I mentioned the issues to the team at the dealership and they were able to sort them out. No complaints from me the car has been lovely.

My experience couldn't have gone any better while at Junction 17 Cars Rugby. Everyone was really good to deal with, there was a bit of back and fourth but it was primarily on myside as I had my own finance but they were nice and pleasant to deal with, I couldn't fault them. I've only managed to drive the Jaguar a few times, but it seems to be running fine with no issues at all. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Getting on fine with our Jeep and the service from the dealership has been fine.

As someone from Teesside (a good 3 hour drive) I was of course sceptical about travelling such a distance to buy a car. However the people at junction17 are fantastic. The new sales manager took excellent care of me throughout the purchase, they were very open to questions and answered honestly. They also provide a huge range of extras such as extended warranty, mobile paint repair, ghost installs which I’d recommend. My only gripe with my experience is a few issues with the car. I bought a 2017 Cupra 300 and by the time I arrived home, the front alloys began to peel as well as the passenger side DRL failed. After these issues, I’d have rated much lower if it wasn’t for how upfront and helpful they are at rectifying the situation 8/10 would absolutely recommend looking into Junction17

Everything has been perfect with my experience with this dealership so far. The customer service has been superb, the price has been great and my BMW has been great.

The car I got from here was for my brother and I've not heard him say that he has had any issues, so I'm guessing it's okay. We both though the customer service from Junction 17 was fine. 5 stars.
