Where to start… I walked into the dealership unsure what the expect, I have a polo but was thinking of upsizing, a chat with Georgia soon ensured me I was making the right decision, she showed me the T-Cross which is basically just a big polo! Absolutely the best service I have ever received when purchasing a new car, from the moment I enquired about the vehicle to collecting it, it was seamless. The car was immaculate, as described and particularly helpful was Lewis Cox and Suzanne Bland (as well as the other Lewis whose surname I didn't recall when I test drove my vehicle). Cannot recommend enough, they truly deliver 5* customer experience and their vehicles are as described at a competitive price.
