5. They were friendly and efficient. Car was just what I was after and so far all good

They were all very helpful at LMC cars and had no issues on the day I came to buy the car. It was smooth and easy. I also thought MG was the best offer in terms of mileage and price.

I was looking for a jeep renegade, and I phoned LMC up and they were quite helpful so that’s why I went with them. The person who dealt with us was a nice young lad; it was the staff really that stood out in our experience. I wasn’t expecting the range of cars offered, I would use them again!

Everything was perfect! I am just still waiting on a replacement for my wing mirror and LMC said they will send me one, but I never got it. My breaks also make a weird noise, but they did say to me that they are new so that may be why it makes the noise. Everything else was perfect, the customer service was really good five stars!

My experiences with LMC I give it a 5, mind you I went with my children and they don’t stay still but LMC team were very accommodating towards my children. Mo is the one who sold the car to me, his customer service was definitely a 5, I will definitely be recommending my friends and everyone else to buy a car with LMC Essex Branch, there excellent at what they do.

I was in need of a new car, as I am a taxi driver. I've always liked Suzukis, and the Suzuki Swace was the sort of car that I needed. It is a lovely car. The experience at LMC was brilliant, I would give it 5 stars. I cannot complain.

I am quite impressed with my experience at LMC, I don’t drive the Compass much, I don’t think it’s a nice car to drive but my wife does drive it and it does the job. Overall, it was quite busy I don’t know how to describe it there is quite a lot going on and they were unable to get it wished before we got it but generally speaking it was pretty good. Wouldn’t say they were at fault as there were under pressure to get things done.

5- good customer service not only before sale, but after sale too

When I was there the service was good, I would say that the aftercare wasn’t very good. They were meant to send me the service documents, I did chase them about ten times, and I never heard back from them. I was also looking at a Mercedes to purchase but I never got that sent over either but buying the truck was easy enough they were happy to sell it to me of course ahah.
