Mo at Motor Warehouse was brilliant on the day of the purchase and also afterward. We had an issue with the car, and when we contacted Mo, he got us in straight away and resolved it. He was really good about it.

I thought the dealership was helpful throughout my BMW 3 Series purchase, and I would recommend them to others who are looking to buy a car.

The Golf that I purchased has been great. I spoke to someone over the phone to discuss the car, but when I came to view it, I think it was the manager who helped me with the final details, and he was brilliant. Based on my experience, I would recommend the dealership to others.

After checking the reviews i decided to purchase my Mercedes from here, from the get go i was provided amazing service, upon initial collection of the car there was an issue, so Mo returned my deposit and stated he would get the issue resolved then give me first refusal. After the weekend had passed Mo advised me the car was ready and had the vehicle dropped to my house which was over 3 hours away, i must say its refreshing to find a place you can trust to buy a car. Highly recommended!!

Top tier service from these lads. I’m really happy with my Seat Leon, its been spot on. Customer service was top tier. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and no issues at all. What was great was the communication. Someone had applied for finance on the car the week before I got it, but didn’t go ahead. Motor Warehouse Ltd took the time to call and update me about the situation, even though they didn’t have to, they truly went above and beyond. If I ever need another car, I’d definitely go back.

I’m really happy with my Hyundai i10 — everything is going great so far. It feels like a win-win situation, especially since I haven’t had to reduce fuel use. The whole process went smoothly. The salesperson was just fantastic, really helpful and easy to deal with. I don’t have a single complaint. It was also great that my husband was able to test drive the car beforehand, which helped with the decision.

I did have one issue on the motorway where it suddenly popped out of gear and displayed a "gearbox malfunction" warning. After turning the engine off and back on, it was fine again. This only happened yesterday, so I haven’t had a chance to mention it to the team yet. Customer service has been great throughout, no complaints there. Overall, I’m happy with the experience. 5 stars!
