5 great service, no pressure and Tom was superb.

My husband gets free charging where he works, so we decided to get our first electric car, and we are loving it. What really stood out for me at the dealership was that you get given space and don't get bothered, which I really appreciate, and I've been at dealerships in the past where this isn't the case, so we would 100% buy from Motor Trust Garstang again.

I went to Motor Trust already knowing what I wanted, which was the Kia Sportage. They booked me in for a test drive, gave me the keys, and away I went. I wasn't given a walk around or any information on the car, which in my case was fine, as I already knew I wanted the Kia, but I think it would have been nice to receive that service. It was an easy enough process, so I'd give it 4 out of 5.

I did have an issue with the exhaust shortly after the purchase, but the dealership was really helpful. I took it to my local garage and was reimbursed for the work straight away.

I recently had a diesel but wasn't doing the miles, so I went for the plug in hybrid. What stood out to me at MotorTrust was how good the customer service was. Kork was brilliant, I queried about the 7 pin charger, as it did not come with the car, and he supplied one, which I thought was a really good touch.
