I honestly couldn't fault them at Williams Motor Company when I bought my Citroen, everyone was dead good, really lovely and made me feel comfortable - they were bang on throughout😊

I'm a bit of a car guy as it is. The Fiesta ST is known as, one of the best entry level cheap hot hatches. I was cautious while looking at them as they have a bad rep for being ragged around and such, so when you buy them they’re in a terrible condition. I found the one over at Williams on auto trader and called the dealership the next day to arrange the viewing. We went down and took it for a test drive, it sounded amazing and drove well. I pretty much decided from there that I was buying the fiesta. I looked at a few other Fiesta STs around the area from other dealership however they didn’t offer any warranty and stuff like that. When I spoke to Williams and they said they can do a sixteen-month warranty as well because they couldn't change one of the fog lights because it was aftermarket. I pointed out some of the concerns and small jobs that need to be done for the car. I expected to have to do them and negotiate over the price like with a lot of other dealerships, however Williams don't negotiate prices on the cars as they’re set. The full explanation and reasoning why, made complete sense. Any jobs that need doing, they did for completely free whilst preparing the car.

Everything's absolutely fine with the Q2, I didn’t have any issues as such. The only slight issue I had with regards to the dealership is I initially had some trouble taxing the vehicle because I didn't have the logbook and I had issues taxing the car via the alternative form. They sprayed the wheels, but there was a tiny mark on one of them. I did not see it at the time, but it's fine. I'm happy with the overall condition of the vehicle, and I'm happy with the sale. The initial sale and everything ran smoothly and the communication was good, etcetera. I got the vehicle delivered, it was all delivered timely.

I had an amazing experience at Williams, It was a very good team. Tom and Andrew were amazing I thought they went above and beyond for me, so that really stood out for me. They’re way beyond 10 out of 5 stars

Williams were absolutely fantastic. I've come across a couple of issues with the vehicle since I've had it but I'm in the process of sorting them out with the dealership. The guys we dealt with the guys at the dealership were absolutely brilliant.

The professionalism of the staff at Williams stood out to me, they were pretty good. The facilities at the dealership were pretty good as well, we’ve had a pretty good time. We were looking for a specific type of car and found the Kia Ceed on auto trader. The Kia is doing pretty fine.

The staff at Williams were quite helpful, nice and very well prepared. The Audi TT is great, unfortunately it’s a bit more expensive on diesel than my last car 😅

Williams made the process really, really, really smooth, easy and quick. I was just on Autotrader and the 308 just stood out to me. It was the car I was looking for, and it was close by. Everything was just so smooth, like, with bank transfers and stuff. They showed me around and gave me the keys to have a look at the 308. The car still had valid MOT but They did an MOT on it, which they didn't have to do. They also done a service, made sure everything was working properly, and then valeted it.

No issues at all with the Ford Fiesta I bought back in January, easy buying process. The salesman answered loads of questions and took me through the process.

This was my first time buying the car and Williams Motor Company made sure everything went smoothly. The Citroen C1's it’s a great, fit for my situation.
